Holistic Approach
EuroPrivacy is based on a holistic model combining audit and certification for:
- Products, services and information management systems
- European, national and international obligations
- Legal, ISO and Cybersecurity expertise
The EuroPrivacy innovative approach provides a more systematic and comprehensive protection. While improving the reliability, it enables cost reduction with an all in one approach encompassing:
- European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016
- Fundamental international law obligations related to privacy
It can easily be extended to complementary obligations such as:
- National obligations, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and its two Ordinances
- European Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy)
- European Regulation 910/2014 (eIDAS)
- European Directive 2016/1148 (NIS Directive)
EuroPrivacy complies with relevant ISO standards for certification, including:
- ISO/IEC 17021-1
- ISO/IEC 17065
- ISO/IEC 17030
It can also be easily combined with ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
